Get Pro installation for your Nest product

You can have one of our professional partners install connected home products for you when you buy from the Google Store.

Schedule your appointment

Once you've added Pro installation to your cart and made your purchase, you can book your appointment from the order confirmation page or your order details. If you placed more than one order with Pro installation, you'll see multiple reminders to schedule your appointment in your Google Store order history.

  1. Choose your date and time from the available appointments.
  2. Review the information and policies. 
  3. If you agree, select I agree to complete booking.

You can see the status of your installation appointment in your order details.

Reschedule your appointment

If you need to reschedule your appointment, go to your order details and select Reschedule appointment under "Appointment time." You can pick a new date or time similarly to when you first booked.

Cancel your appointment

Once your order ships, you can cancel your installation for a refund in your order details. If your order has not shipped and you need to cancel, you must cancel the entire shipment.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you'll get a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 2 hours before, you'll get a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 hours before you won't get a refund.
