Check your Google Store order status

Find your previous Google Store orders on your Google Store Order History page.

If you made a purchase on the Google Store in the past, you may wonder “Where’s my order?” or “Which item did I buy?” You can check your Google Store order history and order status to learn the contents and status of your past orders.

Check your order status

You can find details about your Google Store orders whether or not you’re signed in to a Google Account. While you check your order status, you can also:

While signed in to a Google Account
  1. Go to your Google Store Order history.
  2. Next to the order you want to review, select View or Edit order.
While not signed in to a Google Account

Step 1: Go to the Google Store

Go to https://store.google.com/authentication.

You can also select orders directly from the Google Store.

Step 2: Enter email address and order number

Enter the email address that you used to place the order and the order number from your Google Store confirmation email.

Step 3: Select "Find order"

Step 4: Check order status

You can find your order status above the order you want to review.

Tips:

  • If you checked out as a guest and need a VAT invoice, contact Google Store support.
  • If your guest order wasn’t processed due to a payment issue, it'll be canceled. You must place a new order.

Track your shipment

You can use the tracking number to find out when to expect your delivery.

Use the tracking number

Important: Some countries and regions don’t have shipment tracking options. If your email doesn’t include a tracking number or link, tracking isn’t available.

  1. Go to your Google Store Order history
  2. Find the order you want to track.
  3. If there are multiple orders, select View order.
  4. Find the shipment you want to track.
  5. Select Track shipment.

Find your tracking number

  1. Open the email account you used to place your order.
  2. Search for a shipping confirmation email from the Google Store. If you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the shipment you want to track.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment.
Find the estimated delivery date

If your shipping option doesn’t have a tracking number, you can find the estimated delivery date range in your Google Store Order history page:

  1. Go to your Google Store Order history.
  2. Find the order you want to track.
  3. Find the estimated delivery date.

Tips:

  • Google will inform you if your estimated delivery date changes.
  • When the order ships, you get a confirmation email with the carrier-confirmed delivery date range and the tracking information.
  • Wait until the end date of the range before you contact Google Store support.
Allow time for tracking information to be available

Some carriers take up to 24 hours to add your tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t on the shipping website, try again in a few hours.

Check your Order history

To find your past Google Store order, use your Google Store Order history.

If you can’t find your order, contact Google Store support.
