Change the shipping address of Google Store orders

When you buy an item from the Google Store, you may change the shipping address of your order within an hour upon checkout.

Change your shipping address

Important: You can only change your order from the Google Store if you have the option to do so.

To change the shipping address:

Go to your Google Store "Order history" page.
Find the shipment that you want to change.
Select View or edit order.
At the bottom of the "Order details" page, go to the "Ship to" section.
Select Edit.
- If you don’t find this option, it’s too late to change the shipping address on Google Store.
- Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, contact Google Store support or the carrier to request the address change.
Choose your new shipping address.
- If the address you want isn’t there, select Add another address.
Select Confirm.

You’ll get an email that confirms your shipping address change.

Tip: If you have many shipments, you must change the address for each shipment.
