You can get credit when you trade in your old device through Google Store when you buy a new Pixel device. Trade-in through Google Store is available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Trade-ins can only be added during checkout. Trade-ins can’t be added to a Google Store order after you checkout.

Add a trade-in to your Pixel device purchase
Important: To comply with the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act, include your age, occupation, legal name, and address. Information you provide here must match your government-issued ID and will be shared with PCS Wireless. If your government-issued ID uses kanji, enter it in kanji. If the form doesn't match your ID, you won't receive your kit. You must be at least 18 years of age to initiate the trade-in process.
- Go to the Google Store.
- Choose a Pixel device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose your new device’s:
- Color
- Storage space, if applicable
- To enter your trade-in details, select Get Estimate.
- To check the estimated value for the trade-in, provide your old device’s details.
- If you don't find your device’s manufacturer, model, or storage size on the list, it's not eligible for trade in.
- You can’t change your trade-in device’s information after checkout.
- The initial estimated value is based on the information you provide about your device and may include additional promotional value based on Google Store promotions. The final trade-in value is based on inspection after your old device is received. Any differences between the information you provide and your device’s actual model and condition may impact the device’s final trade-in value.
- To verify your identity, Select Continue.
- Complete the necessary identification verification to receive a trade-in kit to ship your old device.
- Before you proceed, you must check I understand that this trade-in program is conducted by PCS Wireless and agree to its terms and conditions.
- You must also check I agree to arrange delivery by Japan Post within 10 days of receiving notification and to match my name and delivery address on my order with the information on my ID.
- To add your trade-in device, select Add to trade-in.
- The estimate is valid for 30 days after you receive your new device.
- To add the new device to your cart, select Add to cart.
- Continue shopping or select Go to cart.
- To complete your order and get ready to trade in your device, choose your payment method and select Proceed to Checkout.
- Once your order is confirmed, you'll get a confirmation email with further trade-in instructions.
