Get your trade-in value credit

  • If the trade-in device's post-inspection value matches the estimated trade-in value:

    • You'll receive a credit to the form of payment used for your new device purchase.

      • Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days to apply to your card.

    • If the trade-in value credit exceeds the cost of your new Pixel device excluding VAT, the excess amount is provided as Google Store credit.

      • Store credits earned through trade-in don’t expire.

  • If the trade-in device's post-inspection value is lower than the estimated trade-in value:

    • If the post-inspection value is less than 75% of the estimated trade-in value, PCS Wireless will return your device and you won’t receive a credit.

    • If the post-inspection value is between 75% and 99.9% of the estimated trade-in value, you’ll receive an email. You’ll then have 7 days to accept the post-inspection amount. If you don’t accept the post-inspection value within 7 days, PCS Wireless will return your device to you and you won't receive a credit.

  • If the purchased device is returned: 
    • The post-inspection value of the trade-in is issued in the form of Store Credit.
