Replace missing items from a Google Store package

If your package is missing items, you can ask Google Store Support to send you those items. 

Replace missing items

To request a replacement for missing items:

  1. Take photos of the box. Google Store Support might ask to see these.
  2. Contact Google Support.


  • When your package ships, you get a confirmation email with the delivery carrier-confirmed delivery date range and the tracking information.
  • If you don’t get your package, wait until the last date of the delivery range before you contact Google Support.
