Understand missed & failed deliveries
If the courier can’t deliver on the first attempt, BlueDart will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
If the courier can’t deliver or the recipient can’t receive the order after 3 attempts:

The package will be sent back to Google.

A refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used once Google receives and inspects the device.

Find your package
If you got an email that says your package was delivered but you can’t find it, you can:
- Check the delivery company’s website to find if it says “Delivered.” You can find the tracking number in your:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Google Store order history
- Make sure to enter the correct address on your shipping email or in your Google Store order history.
- If you put in the wrong address, check at the address you gave and contact the delivery company.
- Look around your house and ask your neighbors if they saw it.
- Wait up to 48 hours for any delays. You can call the delivery company to check on it.
If you suspect your package is missing, lost, or stolen
If you still can’t find your package within 14 calendar days of delivery, contact Google Store Support.
