When you buy an item from the Google Store, you may change the shipping address of your order within an hour upon checkout.
Change your shipping address
Edit Shipping address | Google Store
- Go to your Google Store "Order history" page.
- Find the shipment that you want to change.
- Select View or edit order.
- At the bottom of the "Order details" page, go to the Ship to section.
- Select Edit.
- If you don’t find this option, it’s too late to change the shipping address on Google Store. Refer to If you don’t see the option to change the address.
- Choose your new shipping address.
- If the address you want isn’t there, select Add another address.
- Select Confirm.
You’ll get an email that confirms your shipping address change.
Tip: If you have multiple shipments, you must change the address for each shipment.
If you don't see the option to change the address
Once you get a shipment confirmation email, you can use the carrier’s customization services, if available.
- Fedex or UPS: Learn how to change address.
- UPS Mail Innovations: You can't change the delivery address after the order has shipped.
- All other carriers: Contact Google Store support and request the carrier to change the address.
