Change the delivery address of Google Store orders

When you buy an item from the Google Store, you may change the delivery address of your order within an hour upon checkout.

Change your delivery address

Edit Shipping address | Google Store

1. Go to your Google Store "Order history" page.
2. Find the delivery that you want to change.
3. Select View or edit order.
4. At the bottom of the 'Order details' page, go to the Deliver to section.
5. Select Edit.
   • If you don't find this option, it's too late to change the delivery address on Google Store. Refer to If you don't see the option to change the address.
6. Choose your new delivery address.
   • If the address that you want isn’t there, select Add another address.
7. Select Confirm.

You'll get an email that confirms your delivery address change.

Tip: If you have multiple deliveries, you must change the address for each delivery.

​If you don't see the option to change the address

Once you get a delivery confirmation email, you can use the carrier's customisation services, if available.

• Fedex or UPS: Learn how to change addresses.
• UPS Mail Innovations: You can't change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched.
• All other carriers: Contact Google Store support and request the carrier to change the address.
