Due to strong demand, some products may experience longer-than-expected delivery dates. Estimated delivery dates can change.

Get updates on out-of-stock devices

When some products occasionally run out of stock, you may have the option to join a waitlist. Once added to the waitlist, you'll get an email notification when items are back in stock. You can also check back as stock is available over time.

Check if your order was successfully placed

On the "Order details" page, see if your order is there. If your order doesn't appear, it didn't go through. You can also check your email for an order confirmation. If you didn't receive an order confirmation email (typically within a few minutes), your order didn't go through. In that case, you won't be charged, and the credit card authorization hold is temporary. To resolve the issue, place a new order on the Google Store website.

Get help with an order cancelation 

Visit the "Order details" page to cancel or return your order. If the option isn’t available, then it’s too late for cancellations or returns.

Some orders were unexpectedly canceled. We are working hard to fix this issue. If your order was unexpectedly canceled, you won't be charged for the order. The credit card authorization hold is temporary, and will be removed soon. Please place a new order on the Google Store website 24 hours after your previous order was canceled.
