I cannot download my Google Digital Unlocked certificate.

I am stuck at the point where it asks to confirm the name for the certificate, clicking the button isn't doing anything. Moreover, the feedback form (of Digital Unlocked) is not getting submitted either.

I am asking this question here because I don't have any other platform to write to.
