How do I create a link to a different section in the same page in New Sites?
Like a Table of contents gadget in the Classic sites.

Bookmarks are not a feature in New Sites at this time.
A workaround is to embed a document.

You always have the possibility to insert a code embedding with custom HTML, which has no limitation in that directions, but you need to consider, that every content in those embeddings won't be recognized in SERPs / indexed by search engine

So there is no need to embed an extra document which will be shown in an embedded viewer. You could just use HTML code and style it, so it fits into your page regarding design and template.

Not entirely sure the <a href="">...</a> tag works correctly in a html box. More tests needed

Going to have to try that method and see what happens.
Edit: It doesn't work

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
