Change the management status of a Search Ads 360-generated remarketing list

Search Ads 360 can generate a remarketing list for search ads (RLSA) and share it with Google Ads. Because the list was created in Search Ads 360, you can manage the list is Search Ads 360. RLSAs created in Google Ads can’t be managed in Search Ads 360.

The management status is shown in the Generated items column in the Cross-channel remarketing list reporting table in Search Ads 360.

  • Number active - indicates that Search Ads 360 is managing the remarketing list in the number of accounts shown. Changes made to the list are shared with the selected Google Ads accounts.
  • Number blocked indicates Search Ads 360 is no longer managing the remarketing list for the specified accounts. Even though the status is blocked, you can still make changes to the settings in Search Ads 360. The changes aren’t shared with the blocked accounts in Google Ads. For example, in Search Ads 360, you can change the membership status of a blocked list from 365 days to 15 days. The change wouldn’t be applied to the account in Google Ads. Changes made to the list in the Google Ads account won’t be shown in Search Ads 360 either.
Search Ads 360 will continue to add audience members to a blocked remarketing list.
  • Dashes (---)  indicate that the list wasn’t generated by Search Ads 360.

You can change the management status of a Search Ads 360-generated remarketing list from managed to blocked. That is, Search Ads 360 will stop managing the list.
