Remove sitelinks from Yahoo! Japan campaigns and ad groups using a bulksheet

Note: sitelinks removed from ad groups and campaigns will no longer appear in your ads, but the removed sitelinks will still be visible within your account. 

To remove Yahoo! Japan sitelinks from campaigns or ad groups:

1. Navigate to a Yahoo! Japan account:

   Steps for navigating to an engine account

   1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
      What if the left navigation pane isn't visible?

   2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

   3. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

   4. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

   5. In the "Account" list, click on the engine account.

   6. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

   Search Ads 360 displays the engine account page.

2. Click the Extensions tab and select Sitelink extensions.
3. Click the download icon, which appears above the reporting table.
4. Select the checkboxes next to Campaigns and Ad groups.
5. Click Download.
6. Remove the Extension IDs from the Sitelink extension column.
   1. Find the row corresponding to the campaign or ad group containing the sitelinks you want to remove.
   2. In the Sitelink extension column, delete the Extension IDs of the sitelinks you want removed from the campaign or ad group.
   3. Save your changes. 
7. Upload the bulksheet to Search Ads 360.
