Create an sFTP endpoint for bulk edits and conversions

Create a separate endpoint for each advertiser:

1. Sign into Search Ads 360 with a Google account that has agency manager or advertiser manager permissions and navigate to an advertiser.

   Steps for navigating to an advertiser

   1. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

   2. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

   3. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

   4. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

   Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

2. In the left navigation panel, click Advertiser settings.

3. Click the Integrations▼ tab and select sFTP connections.

4. Click + sFTP connection, which appears above the reporting table.

5. In sFTP connection name, enter a name for the connection.
   The name only appears in Search Ads 360. Choose a name that clarifies the purpose of the connection. 

6. From the Purpose list, select Bulksheet upload.

7. Click Generate.
   Search Ads 360 creates an endpoint and displays an sFTP server address, port number, username, and password under Connection details (generated by Search Ads 360). You'll enter these details into your sFTP software.
   
   The username and password generated by Search Ads 360 cannot be edited.

8. Copy the password and paste it into a password manager or some other system you use to store passwords securely. 
   Once you click Save, you can't view the password again. If you lose the password, you can reset it.

9. Click Save to close the endpoint details and permanently hide the password.

Next steps

1. Enter the connection details in the software you use for transferring files through sFTP.
   (Search Ads 360 doesn't provide this software, but many third-party applications are available.)
2. Use the sFTP software to upload files to the endpoint.
