If you use Campaign Manager 360 for managing and reporting on display campaigns, you can upload conversions from the Campaign Manager 360 API instead of Search Ads 360.
Should you use Search Ads 360 or Campaign Manager 360?
Use Search Ads 360 if you don't need to see search-driven offline conversions in your Campaign Manager 360 reports.
Use Campaign Manager 360 if you run Paid Search reports in Report Builder and can identify conversions by encrypted user ID, mobile device ID, or Google click ID.
It's important that you use either Search Ads 360 or Campaign Manager 360, but not both: conversions you upload from both products are not deduplicated and may cause data discrepancies.
Note: The Campaign Manager 360 API doesn't support availability timestamps. If you use the Campaign Manager 360 API to upload offline conversions, make sure you upload conversions at least every 24 hours or use Search Ads 360 bulksheets or the Search Ads 360 API to upload an availability timestamp.
