Change history
Displays more information about a change that was made in an account, including a brief summary of what changed, details about what changed, item status, bid strategy mode (Recommendation) and if applicable, the date and time the item was trafficked to the engine. For example:
Successfully trafficked at Apr 15, 2017, 3:39:59 PM.

URL template added: {unescapedlpurl}
Status added: Active
Type added: Expanded text
Destination URL added: http://www.example.com

View this column in the change history report
- Navigate to an advertiser, account, campaign, ad group, bid strategy, or label.
- Select a time range on or after May 21, 2016 in the upper right corner.
- In the left navigation panel, click Change history.
- Optional: Click the column header to sort the report.
