Use a bulksheet to apply app extensions to a campaign or ad group

  1. Find the IDs that Search Ads 360 has generated for the app extensions you want to apply:

    1. Navigate to a Google Ads engine account.

Steps for navigating to an engine account
      1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible?

      2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

      3. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

      4. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

      5. In the "Account" list, click on the engine account.

      6. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

Search Ads 360 displays the engine account page.

    2. Click the Extensions▼ tab and select App extensions.

    3. To view the IDs in the Search Ads 360 UI, add the ID column.

    4. To download a bulksheet that contains the IDs, click the download icon , which appears above the reporting table.

Keep the default settings, and click Download.

When Search Ads 360 finishes generating the bulksheet, click the Download now link, which appears above the reporting table. The ID appears in the Extension ID column.

  2. Download a bulksheet that contains one or more Google Ads campaigns or ad groups:

    1. In the same Google Ads engine account from the previous step, click the Campaigns tab or Ad groups tab.

    2. Click the download icon , which appears above the reporting table.

    3. In the Include types section of the downloads panel, select Campaigns or Ad groups.

    4. Keep the rest of the default settings (especially Editable columns (for re-upload) in the Columns list).

    5. Click Download.

    6. When Search Ads 360 finishes generating the bulksheet, click the Download now link, which appears above the reporting table.

  3. In the bulksheet that contains campaigns or ad groups, find the App extensions column and enter one of the following:

    • The ID of one or more app extensions, which you can copy from the UI or from the Extension ID column in a bulksheet that contains app extensions. Separate each call-extension ID by a | (vertical bar).

    • (inherited) - Inherits all app extensions from the engine account or campaign. This is the default value.

    • (disabled) - Prevents all ads in the campaign or ad group from displaying any app extensions.

  4. To remove an app extension, find the App extensions column in the bulksheet that contains campaigns or ad groups and remove the app extension's ID.

  5. Upload the file back into Search Ads 360.
