Edit a Data Exclusion event

1. Navigate to an advertiser.

   Steps for navigating to an advertiser

   1. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

   2. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

   3. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

   4. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

   Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

2. In the left navigation panel, click Bid strategies.
3. Click the Events tab.
4. Select the checkbox next to a data exclusion event.
5. Click Edit, and then click Edit details.

6. Change the following fields as desired:

   • Name
   • Description
   • Start date and time and End date and time.

   The time range should be a minimum of 24 hours. The maximum time range is 365 days. Dates must be in the past.

7. Apply or remove the event from bid strategies

   • To apply the event to additional bid strategies, in the list of bid strategies on the left, do any of the following to select the bid strategies:

     • Click each bid strategy. The list displays the first 25 bid strategies. To display the complete list, scroll to the bottom of the list and then click Show more.
     • To apply the event to every bid strategy shown, click Select all.
     • To filter the list of bid strategies, type a name in the Search bid strategies box, and then click Select visible to apply the event to the strategies shown, or click each strategy.

     

     The selected bid strategies are shown in the box on the right.

   •  To remove the event from bid strategies, clear the check box, click the remove icon  , or click Remove all.

   If you make a mistake in your selections, click Reset to <number> bid strategies selected before saving the changes.

8. Apply or remove the event from conversion goals

   The list displays the first 25 conversion goals. To display the complete list, scroll to the bottom of the list and then click Show more.
   
   To apply or remove the event from conversion goals,  do any of the following in the conversion goals list.

   • To select an individual conversion goal, click the goal.
   • To apply the event to every conversion goal shown, click Select all.
   • To filter the list of conversion goals, type a name in the Search conversion goals box, and then click Select visible to apply the event to the conversion goals shown, or click each conversion goal.
   • To remove the event from conversion goals, clear the check box, click the remove icon  , or click Remove all.
   If you make a mistake in your selections, you can click Reset to <number> conversion goals selected before saving the changes.
9. When you’re done editing the event, click Save.
