Create and download template campaigns in Search Ads 360

1. In Search Ads 360, create one campaign for each supported search engine accounts. You'll use these campaigns as templates.
   The campaign should contain just one ad group and one keyword. (You can pause the template campaigns to prevent them from being trafficked to the engines.)

   For example, if you want to upload campaigns into Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Yahoo! Japan engine accounts, create one template campaign in each account.

2. Download the template campaigns:

   1. Navigate to your advertiser and click the Campaigns tab.

      Steps for navigating to an advertiser

      1. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

      2. In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

      3. In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

      4. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

      Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

   2. Select the checkbox next to the template campaigns.

      If the reporting table contains a large number of campaigns, use filters to find your template campaigns.

   3. Click the download icon , which appears above the reporting table and make the following selections in the download panel:

      • Scope: Current selection in table

      • Columns: Editable columns (for re-upload)

      • Include types: Campaigns, Ad groups, Ads, and Keywords

      • Filters: Include rows with no impressions

   4. Click Download to start generating a bulksheet.
      When Search Ads 360 finishes generating the bulksheet, a Download now link appears above the reporting table.

   5. Click Download now.
      Your browser downloads the bulksheet to its download directory.
