Sync changes from the engine into Search Ads 360

Stop a sync

After you start a sync in Search Ads 360, the Start sync button will change to Stop sync. You can stop an in-progress synchronization when:

  • Sync is still in the process of reading data from the engine and Search Ads 360 for comparison.

The Stop sync button will be grayed out, and you won’t be able to stop a sync, when:

  • Sync has already started to apply updates to Search Ads 360.

When you stop a sync:

  • Sync does its best to ensure that no partial updates are applied to Search Ads 360 data. If there is a partial update, run another sync to ensure the Search Ads 360 account matches the engine.

Stop scheduled syncs

  1. Navigate to the engine account.

    1. In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.

    2. Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

    3. In the Agency list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

    4. In the Advertiser list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.

    5. In the Account list, click on the engine account.

    6. Click Apply or press the Enter key.

    Search Ads 360 displays the engine account page.

  2. Click the account settings icon Settings button, which appears above the tabs.
    The settings panel for the engine account appears.

  3. Under Sync details, change the value in the dropdown from Daily to Manual.

  4. Click Save.
