Search bar
You can search for articles and resources on the Search Ads 360 Help Centre by typing your search terms and questions into the search bar at the top of every article.
Help guide
For an interactive experience, you can ask the AI support assistant 'Help guide' your SA360 questions. From the bottom right corner of your page, select Let’s chat, then select an option from the prompts or ask a question in the chat bar.
Get in-account Search Ads 360 support
If you have a question about your Search Ads 360 experience while you’re logged into your account, follow the steps below to get additional support.
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- In the header, select Help
and then select Get help.
- Under 'Need more help'? select Contact us.
- In the text box, type a description of the problem that you're having, then select Next.
- Select one of the description categories, then select Next step.
- Select Email.
- Complete the form and select Submit.
Get access to your account
If you’re having issues accessing your SA360 account, you can use Google’s online form to submit a case.
When submitting your case, include any attachments that can assist in troubleshooting and understanding your query. Examples include full screen/un-cropped screenshots, compared reports or screenshare recordings.
