Getting help with the new Search Ads 360 experience

If you have a question, try our Help Center: On the navigation bar, click Help. We're continually working on improving the Help Center, and will expand our support options and online help resources over time. 

To give feedback to our product team, use the Leave feedback option located under the Help menu. 

If you still need help, contact us directly. 

  1. Sign in to your product account.
  2. In the header, click Help  and then click Get help.
  3. Under "Need more help?", click Contact us.
  4. In the text box, type a description of the problem you're having, then click Next.
  5. Click one of the description categories, then click Next step.
  6. Click Email
  7. Complete the form and click Submit.

For the previous Search Ads 360 experience, please continue to use the same support process you've used before.
