Segment a report by audience

To add audience details to a report, do the following:

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager account.
  3. Navigate to a page that has a reporting table, such as AccountsCampaigns, or Ad groups.
  4. Select a time range above the table.
  5. On the table menu, click the segment icon , then select Audience segment.

The report shows which accounts, campaigns, or ad groups perform better or worse for particular audiences.

See an empty report, missing conversions, or duplicated conversions?

Make sure the report contains only the supported metrics, such as Floodlight conversion actions. If you include columns for client metrics, such as Impr. and CTR, the report will be empty. These types of columns can't appear in audience reports.

Not every conversion is associated with a specific type of audience, and some conversions are associated with multiple audiences, so summing the total number of conversions when viewing an audience report can be misleading. When you view affinity category, in-market segment, and Campaign Manager 360 remarketing list reports, the new Search Ads 360 automatically removes the summary rows.
