When you first generate a data-driven attribution (DDA) model, the new Search Ads 360 starts an initial learning period that considers the interaction patterns that result in conversions as well as those patterns that result – and those that don't result – in conversions. Even after the initial learning period, the DDA model continues to learn.
To view the status of a DDA model, do the following:
- Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account. Ensure that it's the account that contains the DDA model.
- In the navigation menu, click the tools and settings icon .
- Under 'Measurement', click Conversions.
- On the page menu, click Attribution models. The 'Status' column in the reporting table indicates the model's status.
Model status
The 'Status' column can contain any of the following status messages:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Learning |
The model is analysing historical conversion data. The learning period must be completed before you can use the model in a conversion action, custom conversion column or campaign override. |
Ready | The model has been generated and is ready to be used in a conversion action, custom conversion column or campaign override. |
In use | The model is being used in the account and has been applied to the conversion action, custom conversion column or campaign override. |
Not enough data | The new Search Ads 360 needs to analyse at least 15,000 clicks and 600 conversions during the past 30 days to create a useful DDA. |
