Using bulk editing, you can save time by simultaneously updating multiple items in one campaign or across multiple campaigns. You can make bulk changes to your account in the following ways:
- Bulk upload: You can create or edit large numbers of items in Search Ads 360, such as campaigns, ad groups, ads or keywords, to a specially formatted spreadsheet (bulksheet) and upload the bulksheet to the account. Once the review is completed, you can download the error spreadsheet, make changes and re-upload the spreadsheet with correct data. Learn more about bulk uploads.
- Bulk edits: Bulk editing allows you to make multiple changes across accounts and advertising platforms at the same time. You can select multiple items with similar actions in your Search Ads 360 account and edit all of them at once. For example, you can pause all ad groups under a campaign. - With the bulksheet in Search Ads 360: You can now edit a Google Sheets bulksheet directly in the new Search Ads 360 UI. Currently, this feature is only supported for keywords.
- Automated rules: Automated rules let you make changes in your account automatically, based on settings and conditions you choose. You can change your ad status, budget, bids and more. In addition, you can use automated rules to trigger emails, without taking any other action, when specific conditions occur. These rules are referred to as 'notify-only' or 'email-only' rules. View and manage bulk actions
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- From the page menu, under 'Tools and settings', click Bulk actions.
- Under 'Bulk actions' select one of the following:
- All bulk actions
- Rules
- Uploads
