Remove access to Google Ads-related Search Ads 360 data

You must be a manager admin or sub-manager admin to remove access.
  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. Navigate to a sub-manager account.
    • The new Search Ads 360 displays the sub-manager page, which contains data for all the sub-manager’s client accounts.
  3. In the page menu on the left, click Settings.
  4. In the sub-menu, click Manager account settings.
  5. Click Data sharing to expand the section, then deselect the box.
  6. Click Save.
Access for Google Ads sales and support representatives will be removed after about 24 hours. The representatives may still have access to historical data if a report was downloaded, but they won't have access to any new data.
