You must be a manager admin or sub-manager admin to remove access.
- Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
- Navigate to a sub-manager account.
- The new Search Ads 360 displays the sub-manager page, which contains data for all the sub-manager’s client accounts.
- In the page menu on the left, click Settings.
- In the sub-menu, click Manager account settings.
- Click Data sharing to expand the section, then deselect the box.
- Click Save.
Access for Google Ads sales and support representatives will be removed after about 24 hours. The representatives may still have access to historical data if a report was downloaded, but they won't have access to any new data.
