Manage billing for your account in the new Search Ads 360

Billing is a new, all-inclusive tool to manage billing for your account in the new Search Ads 360. You can see transactions in real time, sort invoices and manage who can make payments. Find details like these, in Billing setups, Payments profiles, Invoices and Purchase orders.

New user roles and management

New user roles let you control which users have billing and Administrative access. In the new Search Ads 360 experience, you now have two new roles to select from when inviting users to your account.

  • New Admin (with billing) allows access to user, campaign and billing management. Admin roles can invite and assign other users billing access.

  • New Billing-only allows access to view or edit billing, without Campaign Management access.

Billing settings

From the Manager level, here are some of the things that you can do in Billing:

  • Edit invoice delivery options, invoice recipients and bill-to details in Billing setups.

  • View and edit business payment settings in the Payments profile.

  • Users with payment access can manage Payments users linked to a payments profile.

  • Filter to find and download invoices and other billing documents in Invoices.

  • See and download summaries of past credits and adjustments in Transactions.

  • Set and edit Purchase order numbers for each sub-manager in your account all in one place.

Migration

As you transition from the previous experience, users sync to a comparable role.

Admin and Billing-only permissions can view, edit or download billing details and documents. Only Admins can grant billing access to other users.
