Edit a data exclusion event

  1. Sign in to your new Search Ads 360.
  2. On the toolbar, click the tools and settings icon Google Ads | tools [Icon].
  3. Under “Shared library”, click Bid strategies.
  4. In the left navigation panel, click Advanced controls.
  5. Click the Data exclusions tab.
  6. Select the checkbox next to a data exclusion event.
    You can select multiple checkboxes to edit more than one data exclusion event.
  7. Click Edit.
  8. Change the following fields as desired:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Start date and time and End date and time

      The time range should be a minimum of 24 hours. The maximum time range is 365 days. Dates must be in the past.

  9. Click Save.
  10. Confirm the new data exclusion edit by confirming all the information is correct, as this will alter your bid strategies.
  11. Click Save Data Exclusion.
