Each Studio advertiser is limited to a total of 400,000 rows across all of the feeds in the advertiser's account and 300,000 rows per feed. If you're a power user, your limit may be larger. When you reach the row limit, you'll be unable to add new rows or publish new profiles until you remove some rows from your advertiser.
- Open Studio and click Dynamic Content.
- From the Advertisers with Dynamic Content list, select your advertiser. At the top right of the page, your account's current feed row usage is shown.
Remove feed rows
Remove feed rows in active profiles to make room for new feeds and profiles. Here's how:
Step 1: Find active profiles with large feeds in your account
Open each of the profiles in your account and check the feed content to see if you're still actively using the profile. Feed rows in unpublished and draft profiles do not count toward the row limit.
Step 2: Remove feeds you're no longer using in any active profiles
- Go to Step 2: Manage Data.
- In the Feeds list, click the feed name in the Element column to review the feed content and make sure it's no longer needed, and isn't being used in any active campaigns.
- Click Create draft to edit the profile.
- Find the Actions button next to the feed you want to remove and click Actions > Remove.
- If you don't have any profile fields or feeds associated with the profile anymore, create a new field under "Profile Fields". (Studio does not allow publishing of profiles with no content.)
- Save, then publish the profile.
After removing feeds, it can take up to 8 hours before your account's feed row usage is updated.
Step 3: Archive profiles you're no longer using
If a profile isn't updated and hasn't served impressions in the last 30 days, Studio will automatically mark it inactive. The feeds in that profile will no longer count toward the row limit (unless they're also used in other active profiles).
If you know you won't be using a profile anymore, you can archive it yourself.
