Check a DoubleClick product status

To better communicate DoubleClick product status information, such as product outages or service disruptions, we're happy to provide the Ads Status Dashboard. We encourage you to access the dashboard to get the most up-to-date status information. 

Here are some basic details on dashboard functionality:

  • All supported products are listed in the first column.
  • The columns to the right display daily reports on service status. 
  • The dashboard reports on "No Issues," "Service disruptions," and "Service outages."
    • If you see a colored indicator in the date columns, this shows something has occurred.
    • To learn more about the incident, click the colored indicator for details.
    • The Service Details page provides a full explanation of the disruption or outage, a timestamp, and any other pertinent information.
  • Use the "Older" or "Newer" navigation arrows to view historical data.
  • All times are shown in your local timezone unless otherwise noted.
