Learn to use Studio

Send a preview

Studio's preview feature allows you to send previews of creatives to clients and coworkers at any stage of development, at the campaign level. You can send the previews to people who don't have Studio accounts.

  1. In the Creatives tab, select Campaigns in the side panel and select a campaign.
  2. Find the preview sheet you want to share, then click Share preview Share.
  3. Enter the previewers' email addresses, separated by commas.
  4. (Optional) Add CC addresses and a personal message.
  5. Click Send.

An email containing the name of the preview, the name of the campaign, and the preview URL is sent to the recipients, who can view each creative in the preview.

Shared preview URLs automatically expire after 14 days. If you need to share it after it expires, follow the steps above to create and share a new preview URL.

To share instantly, you can also copy the preview URL directly from Studio and paste it into an email, chat window, etc.

Default campaign preview

Studio automatically creates a default preview that includes all the creatives in the campaign. This default preview can't be edited. As you add or remove creatives from the campaign, they'll automatically be included in (or removed from) the default preview.

If your campaign is sensitive, share only the default preview. When your reviewers are done, you can revoke access to the creative previews associated with it by clicking Refresh Refresh. This will discard the previous URL and create a new, unshared URL. This feature is only available for the default preview, not custom previews.

Create a custom preview

Studio automatically creates a default preview that includes all the creatives in the campaign. This default preview can't be edited. As you add or remove creatives from the campaign, they'll automatically be included in (or removed from) the default preview.

You can also create custom previews and choose which creatives to include. As a campaign grows, create custom previews to group creative concepts. Or, make a custom preview that only includes creatives that haven't been approved yet.

  1. In the Creatives tab, click Campaigns in the side panel and select a campaign.
  2. Select one or more creatives.
  3. Click Add to preview > New preview.
  4. Enter a name for the new preview and click Create.

Add creatives to an existing preview

  1. Select one or more creatives.
  2. Click Add to preview, then click the preview name to add the new creatives to.

Remove creatives from a preview

  1. Click the total number of creatives next to the preview name.
  2. Find the creative to remove and click Remove Trash.
