You can keep your account open even if you do not have a current subscription or credits.
Caution: Consider the following before you delete your account.
If you delete your account, ALL information associated with your account, including lab and quest progress, class history, badges earned, etc. will be permanently destroyed.
You can keep your account open even if you do not have a current subscription, if you have cancelled a subscription, or if have used all of your credits. The open account remains available for you. You can buy credits or a subscription and then take additional classes or labs.
To delete your account:
- Click your avatar, and in the pop-up, click My Account.
- Click Security.
- Click the Delete Account button. Confirm the action.
