Accessing an account created for you

If a Qwiklabs administrator creates your account, you must reset your password.

This article explains how to set up a Qwiklabs account that was created for you by an administrator.

If your company is a Qwiklabs affiliate, you might receive an email stating that a Qwiklabs account has been created on your behalf. The username for this account is the email address where you received the email.

To set up your account:

  1. Open the email and click the "Click here to get started" link.
  2. On the "Forgot your password?" page, click Send me reset password instructions.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.
