You can create a .zip file to compress a group of files or folders. This will make the files take up less space on your device on in your cloud account. You can browse, open, edit & save files stored in compressed folders with Quickoffice.
Here's how to compress files and folders:
- Select the files/folders you’d like to compress.
- Touch & drag (iPad users) the files to the Compress icon
- Enter a name for the new compressed folder (it must end with .zip)
You can now work with this folder just like any other folder: you can browse, open, edit, save, send & transfer the new zipped folder.
