Move files and folders with Quickoffice
You can change a file’s location on your device, in your cloud account, or even move files to and from your cloud account with Quickoffice.
You can move files and folders from the Quickoffice file manager. This works a little differently depending on the device you are using, so select your device below to get started:
iPads and iPhonesiPad
- Touch the file/folder you wish to move until it "lifts" from the screen.
- Without removing your finger from your iPad's screen, drag the file/folder to the location you’d like to move it to.
Tips:
- To access a subfolder, hover over the containing folder.
- To move multiple files, use a separate finger to touch additional files and folders while the first file or folder is "lifted". This will make a bundle of files that you can now drag. For more help, view the working with multiple files video.

- Touch the change folder icon.
