First, you can check Recently Deleted Folder to check if the deleted photo is there.

1. Open the Photos App: Launch the default Photos app on your Android device.
2. Look for "Recently Deleted": Some Android devices have a "Recently Deleted" or "Trash" folder within the Photos app. Check this folder for recently deleted photos and recover them.

After that, you can check the Google Photos App as the expert offers.

If you can't find the photo, you can ask for help from a data recovery shop or data recovery tool like DiskDigger Photo Recovery, PhotoRec, or Coolmuster Lab.Fone for Android. They are not free, and not easy. Good luck to you.

To recover deleted photos from Google photos, follow steps below:

Step 1. Launch the Google Photos application and click on the left menu at the top.

Step 2. From there, click on the "Trash" option.

Step 3. Choose the picture you wish to restore and tap on "Restore".

Please note that Google photos retains deleted photos in the Trash for only 60 days. After that period, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you don't find your photos in the Trash or have exceeded the 60-day limit, you might not be able to recover them through Google Photos.

However, if you have backed up your photos to another cloud service or a local backup, you may have other recovery options.

If there is a backup of the permanently deleted files on Android, you can recover from backup files directly. If no, I am not sure you can recover them back.
