I have the same problem. I just attempted to load an image of google drive, do you have a fix I can do myself?

Hi! I'm finally back with an update. so I'm Thinking about what you said, and I don't think this is the case. You see, the white box problem also always occurs when I attempt to insert a drawing. When I insert a drawing, I always make a new one. when i finish it, it will show up as, you guessed it, a blank white box. Do you have any other possible causes in mind? Thank you.

So for years now, whenever i try and paste and image into docs, it will appear as a white box taking up space. I have heard about a recent outage but my problem has been occuring way before that so that isn't the problem. This needs to be fixed as I often use images in my work. Thanks.
