In my case. the phone number was on the blacklist so I could not receive a phone call nor SMS. Once removed from the blacklist, I was able to receive voice calls as well as SMS with the confirmation code.

Errors reported in postmaster.google.com but no errors in other services

According to

https://postmaster.google.com/ service we have issues with

- SPF and DKIM authentication,

- DMARC authentication

- DNS records

(see screenshot for more details)

Another Google tool toolbox.googleapps.com also shows errors

but no other tool report any issues with configuration of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records.

Last changes made were over 72 hours ago.

Services like mxtoolbox.com or easydmarc.com do not report any errors, all the records shown as valid.

Service https://www.mail-tester.com/ gives 10/10 score to our emails.

We used to have an issue with our password reset emails being not delivered, spammed or rejected by Gmail in the past but I don't know if we managed to get this resolved.

1. How reliable is information in Postmaster tool?

2. Does Gmail calculate the score of emails based on Postmaster tool or that's different?

3. How do I contact the support of Postmaster tool or toolbox.googleapps.com from Google? We don't have a google admin account.

How to avoid Google Chrome to block download of files created by our Software Development Company?

We run a software development business in the UK. We made a new Production release and uploaded it into our web-site so our new customers can download it from there. Once the download link is clicked, our app gets blocked and flagged as suspicious.

Installation file has ".exe" extension for convenience of our clients.

Software is signed by advanced source code signing certificate.

Nonetheless, we are still having our apps blocked from the download.

How this can be permanently fixed? What needs to be done so Google no longer treats our releases as suspicious?

We deploy releases every month on average.
