Works perfect.

Thank you so much. Many kudos.
The formula worked great to list down all the names from the chart - Thank you.

A bit lost on what formula to use to compare the list (on service & master list) and display only the unused names in the "out of service" section.

Sorry I am unable to share the link of the original sheet due to confidential reasons however I did create a blank and tried to adjust as much I could for an understanding on the concept for the time being.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Thank you for the reply. I am currently using a Transpose formula on the chart based on a separate sheet ; hence the reason for the hidden rows - there are several blank gaps that were transposed along from the  separate sheet layout.

So I find your mention very helpful -  collect and gather all names listed on the chart and then compare the collected names along with the master list of names to show the names that are not on the chart.
I tried the sort filter formula however it specifies that it is only able to filter one column or row at a time. (ie: =SORT(UNIQUE(FLATTEN(FILTER(C7:U91,C7:U91<>""))))

Would there be a formula that I can use that can filter multiple specific columns/ rows?
worked superb! You are the man.

Thank you!
