Same. I've had to revert to a locally running OutlookSync program on Windows at the moment since this seems to be completely broken. Really hoping for a fix.

Apologies, as this has sorta/kinda been discussed in some of the Android 14 Beta threads I've been reading, but just wanted to get a definitive answer (or maybe a link to official Google statements on the matter if they exist):

So if we're on QPR3 beta at the moment, but DON'T want Android 14 Beta, we just have to wait until Google puts out the next QPR3 Beta release and we'll automatically be presented with that instead? Or, worst case, we would be able to side load it I assume?

Not that it's a real solution to this, but installing the new 12L Beta 3 has completely fixed this issue for myself of several others on Reddit. One user in the issues tracker states that it didn't completely fix it for him, but that's the outlier so far.

Adaptive Connectivity is not the issue. There are a lot of anecdotal "fixes" in the Reddit thread (toggle WiFi, reboot, toggle the hotspot, toggle Adaptive Connectivity, etc). These only re-enable WiFi until the phone sleeps for any period of time and it happens again.
