Same. I've had to revert to a locally running OutlookSync program on Windows at the moment since this seems to be completely broken. Really hoping for a fix.
Thank you. I messaged the moderators via the included link several hours ago, but received no response. 
Here it is. Again, it's the SAME question. No idea what this violated.

I tried to ask it there but they told me it's not allowed, so.....? 
Not that it's a real solution to this, but installing the new 12L Beta 3 has completely fixed this issue for myself of several others on Reddit. One user in the issues tracker states that it didn't completely fix it for him, but that's the outlier so far.

Adaptive Connectivity is not the issue. There are a lot of anecdotal "fixes" in the Reddit thread (toggle WiFi, reboot, toggle the hotspot, toggle Adaptive Connectivity, etc). These only re-enable WiFi until the phone sleeps for any period of time and it happens again.
