Hello, first of all let me apologize as I've said this incorrectly. - I did not perform a factory reset because because countless users online have tried this and it didn't help. On the contrary, one user even ruined their phone even more because without wifi he couldn't connect his phone to a Google account.
Secondly, the link your provided doesn't offer any chat feature, the links there are circular and keep leading me to the same page which doesn't help in any way.
I would appreciate if the tech support apologized and acknowledged that considering the countless identical reports online that this is obviously an Android 11 issue, and promised that an update fixing the issue is coming immediately.

There was nothing wrong with the link I posted, and it works very well if you do not get sidetracked into selecting articles. No point in you using it though, because the first thing they would likely ask you to do is a factory reset as you haven't actually done one and have no intentions of doing so.
Besides, you've already determined that all your problems will be resolved as soon as Android issues a fix for your problems, so you don't really need to do anything.

I have decided not to do a factory reset because other people have done so without any results, and in that case I'd rather not waste a few hours reinstalling all apps etc. for nothing.
There is in fact something I can do and that is demand swift solution from Google. A smartphone without wifi is largely useless and a situation absolutely unacceptable for a new phone still in warranty. Pixels are not in the cheapest spectrum of the smartphone market, I don't understand how is it possible that there has not yet been any official statement from Google regarding this critical issue and it is impossible for me to find a way to contact the customer support.

I'm having the same issue. I'm also being disconnected from my mobile network constantly. I went to get my pixel diagnosed at the service center a few days ago, as well as changed my sim card from my mobile network provider. Clearly an issue from the update!

I'm having the same issue on a Pixel 3. I won't be doing a factory reset as I've been doing them on this phone so many times it's kinda outrageous, lol. Doing a simple restart temporarily fixes the issue for what it's worth.

I'm having this problem as well. I have a mesh wifi network, and I suspect it is switching back and forth between the various wifi access points. Trying the mac address change right now, not super hopeful though.
