I suggest to observe device in safe mode if that doesn't add up please perform factory data reset and if that doesn't work pls contact the Pixel Support from the below link

Hi Scott,

This community welcomes civility so please be respectful. The response provided was a reasonable stab at initial troubleshooting.  A factory reset may well  resolve this issue as it is occasionally needed following a major version update.

For what it's worth, my Pixel 3 XL is working fine after the update to Android 11.

With all due respect Mike, civility flew out the window the day Google decided to consciously ignore the hundreds of users living the "bluetooth keeps stopping" nightmare for years now.  Dollars to doughnuts you haven't lived it.  Correct me if I'm wrong.  Civil would be Google replacing our bricked phones contaminated with this plague, regardless of warranty status.

It is most certainly a hardware issue and no software update in the world will fix our phones. Every time the bluetooth and wifi stops working and I just reboot the device nothing changes, it is still not working. If i during the reboot squeez and bend my phone all over it works every time, so like i said before, I think the wifi/bluetooth chip has a bad connection to the board. This may be due to aging, or it may be due to some update changing the draw of current to that chip causing a solderpoint to overheat and come loose. We won't know until google confirms this or someone not using their phone and has the knowhow decides to have a look for them selves. Anyway, bending and squeezing my phone seems to temporarily fix the problem and i can go for days or even weeks occasionally without issues.
