How do I get a replacement phone as my phone was delivered and it has dead pixels. 1 Recommended Answer 14 Replies 74 Upvotes

My phone was delivered 2-3 weeks ago and has dead pixels in the top of the screen. I thought because of the shape of it it was meant to be like that. However some one pointed out to me that they are dead/not working.  It has been like it since I got it.

You can contact them but they'll just replace your BRAND new phone with a refurbished one like they did to mine

My month old phone's system malfunctioned and they replaced it with a refurbished one too! So ridiculous.

If you go back to the place where you bought it they will do a warranty replacement but it will be a refurbished unit that you get as a replacement. This would be the easiest way if you don't care about that. 
Otherwise you could return the phone and then purchase another one. There might be restocking fees tho.
