Pixel 7a 5G network issue with Jio

After installing the Android 14 update, my Pixel 7a connects very rarely to the Jio 5G network. It was working fine before the update. I have tried resetting the internet settings, rebooting the phone multiple times and at different locations too. Only thing left is to do factory reset of the phone and see if it solves the problem.

I was able to fix this issue by resetting the mobile network settings under reset options. Should have tried that after resetting the internet. It now connects to the Jio 5G network with no issues.

Have you contacted Jio to troubleshoot the issue with them?

Tried that, Jio said that everything was fine on their end. They passed the blame on to my device but Google refused to help with my problem saying there is nothing wrong with my device.
