Introducing the new Pixel Stand
In October, we announced on our blog that we would be introducing faster wireless charging access for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. We’re delighted to reveal that the Pixel Stand (2nd gen) is here! The new Pixel Stand charges the Pixel 6 at up to 21W and Pixel 6 Pro at up to 23W with the help of a nearly silent fan to keep things cool for hours of power in minutes of charge.
The Pixel Stand (2nd gen) is now available for pre-order in the United States and eight other countries, and launches on December 13.

Update 12/30/2021:
The software update which enables fast wireless charging up to 23W on Pixel 6 and 6 Pro will roll out by late January 2022. Customers will need to update their devices to software version SQ1D.211205.016.A1, SQ1D.220105.xxx or newer and complete Pixel Stand app onboarding to unlock fast wireless charging. Check & update your Android version to make sure your device is on the latest software version or newer.
