To get support on your Pixel phone, you can use the device health and support page.
Review your phone health status
Important:
- Device health and support is available on Pixel 6 and later, including Fold.
- This feature is available in all languages.
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Device health and support.
- Review the info and support options, such as:
- Overall device status: A brief overview of your phone's health.
- Feature status: Summaries of features like battery health and phone temperature.
- Features to check: Features with settings that you can update to improve phone performance, such as charging diagnostics and touch diagnostics.
- Other options: You can check your warranty, get tips and support, contact support and start a repair.
Get support using Pixel Help
Important:
- This feature is available on Pixel 9 and later, including Fold.
- This feature is available in English, German and Japanese.
You can ask questions to get support and suggestions.
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Device health and support.
- At the top, in the 'Ask Pixel Help' field, enter what you need help with.

- Tap Enter.
Tip: You can also search your issue from the search bar at the top of the Settings menu. The search results appear under 'Need help?'.
Get help through diagnostics on your phone
You can check for various issues and receive suggested solutions to improve device performance.
Important:
- Most diagnostics are available on Pixel 6 and later, including Pixel Fold devices.
- Touch diagnostics are only available on Pixel 9 and later phones.
- Calls, mobile data and Wi-Fi diagnostics are only available on Pixel 11 series in the US.
You can find diagnostics through:
- Settings search:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- At the top or from your home screen, locate the search bar.
- To open the search bar, swipe up.
- In the search bar, type
diagnostics.- You can also add the name of the feature to check if diagnostics are available.
- Example: Battery or charging diagnostics, touch diagnostics, Bluetooth, calls, mobile data or Wi-Fi diagnostics.
