Important: Guided Frame is available on Pixel 6 and later, including Pixel Fold.

  • Photo and portrait modes.

Tip: Portrait mode will only detect faces.

Turn on Guided Frame

  1. On your device, open the Settings app.
  2. Search for “TalkBack.”
  3. Turn on Use TalkBack.

Use Guided Frame

  1. Open the Camera app .
  2. Point the camera at your subject.
  3. Follow the audio or visual instructions or vibrations.
  4. When subjects are framed correctly, the Camera app takes your photo automatically.
    • To do it manually, press the volume button.

Tip: To switch between front or rear cameras, double-tap the front or rear camera button.
