I cannot print Office 365 documents on my Pixelbook Go
The printer works for other applications on my Pixelbook Go (e.g., i can print gmail emails just fine).

With your Pixelbook purchase, you have Google Pixelbook support available, staffed by Googlers.
However, since everything works if you don't sign in to your account, it's virtually certain that it's NOT a Pixelbook problem. There's something corrupt or otherwise screwed up with your Google account. You can post over in the Google Account Help Community to see if anyone over there has any ideas.

Printing directly from a Microsoft application would be something you'd need to contact MS support about. Since printing works for other apps, the problem resides with what the MS apps are doing.

If you have installed extensions and Play Store apps (Adobe or other PDF-related), uninstall ALL of them and reboot. I suspect the apps/extensions are conflicting with each other and the system.

Why would apps that i deleted show back up on my Pixelbook Go? Very odd. And, of course, I still cannot get the print button to work in Gallery or in Office 365.
I noticed Cloud Print is listed in my installed apps. Given it is no longer supported, should it be there? Might this be causing all my printing troubles.
So that's the latest. Any way you can elevate this to get additional help? I'm really perlexed and have wasted a lot of hours trying to resolve this (especially since it is a brand new computer!)
Thank you.

Did you delete the apps from the Pixelbook Go or another device? If so, did you have a reliable high-speed connection while you were doing this?
What happened is that the cloud backup of your profile had not updated to recognize that you had manually deleted the apps, so after the Powerwash, the profile directed the Pixelbook to reinstall them. The sync of your settings to the cloud is usually pretty fast, so either the connection to the cloud was slow, or you pulled the trigger on the Powerwash very, very quickly after you did the uninstalls.

I did not tell you to do a Powerwash! I said to reboot.

I did NOT do a powerwash this time, and so far none of the deleted apps were re-installed. When i go to the Play Store and click on manage apps and devices, the only apps listed are the systems apps...all others are deleted. So far so good -- but:
1) when I click on the everything button, there are a lot of different app icons present, although I guess this is a historical record of apps and websites recently visited and used and not necessarily installed, so I guess this isn't a problem. For example, clicking on the everything button shows the Ebay icon, and if you click on it you go to Ebay. I don't think it's getting there via the Ebay app that I had installed from the Play Store , but rather it must be the website link. Is this correct?
2) there are several icons still pinned to the taskbar below, and they work. For example, the Microsoft One Drive icon is pinned there and clicking on it takes me to my One Drive despite me uninstalling that app.
I'm pretty sure you're tired of dealing with me. I am relatively savy with computers, but less so with Chromebook. If I could return this Chromebook and stop wasting your time and mine I'd do it, but I'm guessing that's not possible. Thus, please be patient and let me know how I can finally get this resolved. It really makes no sense, but it could be my lack of experience with Chromebooks, who knows.
Thank you

Not sure about what is opening such as Ebay and One Drive, bit it should be obvious if you are seeing a tabbed web page versus a windowed app.

If you cannot elevate this, I'd like to know how to get a refund on my purchase. The computer is essentially worthless if I cannot print with it, and I don't want to have to set up a new Gmail account to get this to work.
Please advise who I should contact from here.
