Hi Mikhail,

Welcome to the Google Photos Help Forum.

Could you please confirm if you can find out the photos through the web version of Google Photos? If not, I recommend checking the below options to find out the videos:
  • Blogger
  • YouTube
  • Gmail
  • Google+
If you don't find the photos, I recommend looking for the photos using the below links:
  • drive.google.com (under Google Photos)
  • other online photo or file storage services you use (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud).
For more information, please check the Help Center Article on finding missing photos & videos.

Hope this helps.

Best,
Emma

No, I can't find the photos anywhere (tried web version and mobile, nothing). Don't use other online storages. All my photos from old Google Pixel was lost :ะก

In Google+  I open archived album, and see only grey squares and dates.

Hi Mikhail,

Thanks for posting back.

Could you please check if the photos are present in the Trash of Google Photos? If yes, please restore them through the below steps:
  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .
  • At the top left, tap Menu.
  • Click on Trash.
  • Touch and hold the photo or video you want to recover.
  • At the bottom, tap Restore. The photo or video will be back:
    • In your phone.
    • Into the "Photos" section of the app.
    • Into any albums it was in.
But if you've already deleted the photos from the Trash from your Google Photos, there is no other way to restorethem.

That being said, if you would like to see this feature implemented in the future, I recommend leaving feedback about it through the following steps:
  • Open Google Photos.
  • Click on Menu.
  • Select Send feedback.
  • Click on Send.
The product team reviews the feedback regularly and uses it to better improve the product overtime.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Best,
Emma

Hi Mikhail,

Thanks for replying.

Since the photos are missing from the Trash and the Archive folders, there's no way to restore the missing photos.

Hope this helps.

Best,
Emma
